1. Welcome
Welcome to the www.thebookofsaffron.co.uk website (the “TBOS Website”). The TBOS Website is a personal blog about the life of Saffron the rescue dog. The TBOS Website provides an online space for animal lovers who want to read and share stories about their experiences with their animals and to sign up for regular TBOS updates.
2. Your use of the TBOS Website

5.1 You confirm that any images, text or information that you upload to the TBOS Website (collectively, your “User Content”) will not breach the Rules of Acceptable Use.
5.2 When you upload or post content to the TBOS Website, you grant a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence for the TBOS Website to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display such user-generated content on the TBOS Website.

6. Rules of Acceptable Use
6.1 In addition to the other requirements within these Terms of Use, this section 6 describes specific rules that apply to your use of the TBOS Website (the “Rules of Acceptable Use”).
6.2 When using the TBOS Website you must not:

(d) introduce viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs, invalid data or any other material which could harm the TBOS Website or any underlying software or equipment; (e) collect any data from the TBOS Website other than in accordance with these Terms of Use (including by any automated or non-automated “scraping”) or
(f) use any automated system, including without limitation “robots” “spiders” or “offline readers” to access the TBOS Website in a manner that send more request messages to the TBOS Website than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time.
6.3 Failure to comply with the Rules of Acceptable Use constitutes a serious breach of these Terms of Use, and may result in the TBOS Website taking all or any of the following actions (with or without notice):
(a) immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the TBOS Website;
(b) legal action against you including proceedings for reimbursement of all costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach; and/or
(c) disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
7. Ending our relationship
7.1 If at any time you do not feel that you can agree to these Terms of Use or any changes made to the Terms of Use or the TBOS Website, you must immediately stop using the TBOS Website.
7.2 Your use of the TBOS Website may be terminated immediately if you break the Rules of Acceptable Use, any other important rule(s), or terms and conditions set for accessing and using the TBOS Website including these Terms of Use.
7.3 The TBOS Website may be withdrawn at any time.
7.4 Nothing in this paragraph 7 affects any legal rights you may have under the law of the country in which you are resident.

The TBOS Website cares about the integrity and security of your personal information. However, it gives no guarantee that unauthorised third parties will never be able to defeat the security measures in place or use your personal information for improper purposes.
